Shrimp Louie is a villain in Street Sharks.
History[]
Shrimp Louie is a mutated shrimp and one of Dr. Luther Paradigm's later Seaviates. He's not very strong, is quite the coward, and his primary weapons are big blaster guns.
During the episode Card Sharks, Shrimp Louie undergoes several changes in apperance, with his antennae turning into horns and his face looking more evil than normal.
