Bad Rap is the leader of 'The Raptors' (not to be confused with the raptors that appeared earlier in the series) and is the main antagonist of season 3 along with his henchmen Haxx and Spittor. He sports mechanical braces on his teeth and wields a rocket-firing gauntlet. His goal is to cause global warming to better suit his living conditions. In a false act of partnership, Bad Rap gave Dr. Paradigm what looked like Velociraptor DNA, but was in fact, Iguana DNA and forced the now known as 'Dr. Iguanoid' to become his servant. Bad Rap and his henchnen are the reason why the Dino Vengers' world had been decimated, T-Bone and his allies won't stop until he has captured the evil Raptors and send them back to face justice for their crimes.
Bad Rap's last appearance was him, Spittor and Haxx leaving the planet.

- Bad Rap is the only Raptor whose Extreme Dinosaurs counterpart didn;t keep the same weapon as him only keeping it for 2 episodes then tossing it.
- It should also be noted, Bad Rap's color went from dark magenta to orange.
- Due to his pants being the same color, he seems nude in some scenes.
